Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eebet ("eebet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at eebet.one. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the eebet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eebet platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of eebet following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of the eebet platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing eebet from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.
eebet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The eebet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds in such accounts, including any winnings, may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
eebet is operated for and primarily directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the eebet platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. eebet makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To register an account on eebet, you must:

- Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password;

- Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an eebet employee;
- Not be self-excluded from eebet or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on eebet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. eebet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
eebet is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or UMID);
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges. eebet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your eebet account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account. eebet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
- Notify eebet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
- Ensure that all personal information on your account remains accurate and up to date;
- Not allow any other person to use your eebet account, including family members.
eebet will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from eebet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
eebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eebet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your eebet account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on eebet is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though eebet reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or security purposes.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows:
- GCash and PayMaya: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval;
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days;
Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. eebet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
- Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn;
- eebet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
4.5 Currency
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on eebet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). eebet does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
Bonuses & Promotions
eebet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
General bonus conditions applicable to all eebet promotions include:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. eebet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page;
- Bonus funds and free spins must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically;
- eebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Note: Deposits made using certain payment methods may not qualify for specific bonuses. Please review the terms of each promotion carefully before making a deposit intended to trigger a bonus offer.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the eebet platform — including live dealer games, slots, jackpot fishing, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on eebet, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
All non-live games on eebet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcome of every game is determined by chance and is not subject to manipulation by eebet or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, eebet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. eebet's decision in such matters is final. eebet is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Where a game result is disputed, the outcome recorded in eebet's server logs shall be considered the definitive record. Players may submit a dispute to eebet's support team within seven (7) days of the relevant game round.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eebet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Creating or operating more than one eebet account;
- Using the eebet platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the eebet platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the eebet platform;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward eebet staff or other players;
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on the eebet platform — including but not limited to the eebet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of eebet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the eebet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any eebet content without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of eebet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eebet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the eebet platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
eebet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
eebet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eebet is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. eebet is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
Privacy & Data
eebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at eebet.one/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the eebet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
eebet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL 256-bit encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and eebet cannot guarantee absolute data security.
eebet may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or where necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activity.
Responsible Gaming
eebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Suspension & Termination
eebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
- Regulatory or compliance requirements;
- At the player's own request.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your eebet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the eebet platform that cannot be resolved through eebet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
